All sales of Inkurative subscriptions, licenses, and digital products are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, DMwithQAF LLC does not offer refunds on any purchases, including but not limited to:
- Monthly or annual subscription fees
- Lifetime license purchases
- One-time software purchases
- Template or asset purchases
2. Free Trial Period
We encourage you to use the free trial or demo version of Inkurative before committing to a paid subscription. This allows you to evaluate the software's suitability for your needs.
3. Exceptions
The only exceptions to this no-refund policy are:
- Duplicate charges due to system error (refund will be processed)
- Service outages exceeding 7 consecutive days
- As required by applicable consumer protection laws
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will not be charged for future billing cycles
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period
- Your access continues until the end of the paid period
5. License Key Issues
If you experience technical issues with your license key, please contact support. We will help resolve activation issues, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of this agreement. You agree to pay all fees and costs associated with chargeback processing if the chargeback is found to be invalid.
