EULA - Inkurative

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and DMwithQAF LLC for the use of Inkurative software ("Software").

1. License Grant

DMwithQAF LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Inkurative on your personal devices for your authorized purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Software except as permitted
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
Remove proprietary notices from the Software
Use the Software for illegal purposes

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. DMwithQAF LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you create using Inkurative. This EULA does not grant us any rights to your original works.

5. Updates and Upgrades

DMwithQAF LLC may provide automatic updates to improve security, fix bugs, or add features. You agree to receive such updates as part of your license.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you violate any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Software.

7. No Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. DMwithQAF LLC disclaims all warranties regarding the Software's performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DMwithQAF LLC be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software.
